This post is directed to Women around the globe as I implore you to epitomize the Virtuous Woman that is mentioned in the book of Proverbs 31 of the bible. Also, Ruth in the bible is another example of a virtuous woman, who made her Boaz proud.
Now the question is still being asked here is "WHO Can Find a Virtuous Woman, whose price is far Above Rubies?" Now with supernatural enablement, it is possible! The existence of such a Woman has never and will never become antiquated! These qualities/standards are biblical and will always stand.
Now sisters please follow me as I itemize for you some of these qualities:
You should not be a brawler.
Be one of great value
Carry yourself with dignity that will command the respect of others, while extending the same to other people. Nb. I might be a bit old-school, but “respect begets respect.”
Employ wisdom in your affairs and that of your family.
Display great inner strength by standing firm in times of adversities.
If in a covenant relationship of marriage, submit yourself to the headship of your OWN husband, as the head of the household and endeavor to understand your husband and to be understood by him.
You should endeavour to be trustworthy and noble in your activities.
As you take good care of your household, be joyous in doing so.
Be one who is productive... not a time waster.
You should NOT be a busybody in other people's business. Stay in your lane and bloom where you are planted.
Don't be slothful in your work. Always striving for excellence in whatever you do.
Apply wisdom with understanding in carrying out your role as a wife.
Try to emulate the ant, by laying up provisions for the winter or for times of needs. In other words, don't be wasteful with the available resources, including money.
You should be one who gives to your neighbour who is in need.
Be a Godly and righteous woman and one that eschews evil.
Be discreet in your doings.
Please give this much attention! Govern your tongue well and with wisdom. It can destroy generations. Put it under subjection!
Give good and Godly advice to others, where necessary, especially to those in your household
Be one who builds up as opposed to tearing down, especially your husband and household in general. Remember that if a "house is divided against itself it will not stand."
Give Godly fear and reverence to God.
Respect and honor your husband.
Be a blessing to your husband and your family.
As a bride, be a good portrait of what the Church is to Christ the Bridegroom. Nb. Your husband is supposed to be the physical groom here on earth, so represent well.
Thanks for journeying with me, sisters. This list is by no means an exhausted one. Always seek for ways to fulfill your God-given purpose here on earth. Thanks much!
Brothers around the globe, your itemized list is on the way. You cannot afford to miss out on your version!
