Whenever a leader is open to and welcomes various opinions, invite experts in different areas of specialty to critique plans to be developed, then assign experienced and knowledgeable persons to identify and forecast possible problems; then there will be NO PLACE for Groupthink. Neither will there be any room in our society for Deindividuation!
