There are many different factors contributing to the above-mentioned, but my emphasis is on the major ones. Here is an itemized list of those ones:
The structure of your work hours. E.g. if your workplace operates on a shift system, this might not be conducive to your family situation or even if you must work at nights - loosing valuable night's rest. Please. don't misconstrued this for laziness!
Unrealistic deadlines and Workloads.
Lack of proper directives and proper resources to get the job done in a conscientious and timely manner, without undue hardship to the employee.
Inadequate training
Too Rigid Red Tape and Bureaucracy without any room for employees input or intuition.
A disequilibrium between your work and your life.
Turbulent/Toxic Work Environment.
Lack of necessary support from management and or fellow co-workers.
Constant changes which are not introduced gradually.
Introduction of New Technology, projects and initiatives.
Information overload.
Management Style that is too Bureaucratic.
Layoffs, redundancy and short-term employment
Duties that are too mentally/emotionally, psychologically or even physically demanding.
Lack of room for professional or personal growth or development.
Wages that are too low and are not commensurate to job demands.
